About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The primary responsibilities include:

Prospecting new sales opportunities and generating new customers leads.

Conduct market research to find business opportunities and reach out to potential real estate and parking management client by cold call, email and walk in.

Lead sales activities from beginning to closing a deal

Managing all inbound and outbound sales communications efficiently and effectively.

Developing positive relationships with clients.

Resolving application needs and providing solutions to clients promptly.

Identifying areas of improvement.
About You

Passion for establishing a successful and scalable sales organization in a startup environment.

Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.

Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription business models.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate compelling value propositions of our products.

Self-motivated and results orientated.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Business - an asset

Previous experiences in the parking industry – an asset

Previous experiences in the real estate condo development – an asset
