About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new sales opportunities and generating new customers leads.

  • Conduct market research to find business opportunities and reach out to potential real estate and parking management client by cold call, email and walk in.

  • Lead sales activities from beginning to closing a deal

  • Managing all inbound and outbound sales communications efficiently and effectively.

  • Developing positive relationships with clients.

  • Resolving application needs and providing solutions to clients promptly.

  • Identifying areas of improvement.

About You

  • Passion for establishing a successful and scalable sales organization in a startup environment.

  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription business models.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate compelling value propositions of our products.

  • Self-motivated and results orientated.

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Business - an asset

  • Previous experiences in the parking industry – an asset

  • Previous experiences in the real estate condo development – an asset
